So, their children can’t excel based on their talent. To know their talent, they usually consult with the psychologist by doing talent test. This paper will help the parent to discover their children talent based on USOE standard by build an expert system with implementation of Rete Algorithm. This expert system is built on web based with Django Framework and Python programming language. We use Rete Algorithm because in the previous research, Rete Algorithm can improve the accuracy and give the efficiency by doing the matching process of facts.

Keywords : Child’s Talent, Expert System, Rete Algorithm, USOE Standard
Muhammad Arief Widyanto Octavany Octavany Anthony Anthony Bagus Indiarto Copyright (c) 2022 IJTB (International Journal of Technology And Business) 2019-10-29 2019-10-29 3 2 56 62 The Effect of Financial Ratios on Stock Prices with Exchange Rates as a Moderating Variable (Study of BUMN Companies in the Construction Services and Basic Industries Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018) https://esqbs.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/IJTB/article/view/244
                                                                                                                                   Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices with exchange rates as a moderating variable in construction sector companies and basic industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2014-2018. These factors cause many organizations to implement information systems by only paying attention to momentary needs. So that the copy information overlaps and the system platform is different from one another, which is not in accordance with the mission and purpose of the application of information systems. One of the main causes of these different platforms is due to lack of planning and without thinking about the main key in the process of developing information system. In this study a case study of the design of an enterprise architecture model of the information system of the academic and student administration bureau (BAAK) was designed by applying the TOGAF ADM method. Stages - The stages of the Togaf ADM methodology are translated into enterprise architecture modeling namely architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture and information technology. This research is limited to the main business processes based on mapping using the value chain and only reaches the Opportunities and Solution phase in TOGAF ADM with a sample of research at a private university in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problem in the old system where some of the processing is found to be still managed manually. This research produces a blueprint of information system architecture in the form of application candidates for each sub-organization that is arranged based on the priority level of needs so that the implementation process is in accordance with the desired and does not interfere with the performance of the information system both running and being built. This research also serves as a reference for the foundation of the development of the SI architecture in the management of universities to be able to improve services. In this study, there can be seen a gap in business processes where in running a business at BAAK UNU has not used IT as its main requirement and also processing academic operational data still using standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
Arifin Andi Abd Karim Iqbal iqbal Copyright (c) 2022 IJTB (International Journal of Technology And Business) 2019-10-29 2019-10-29 3 2 63 72 The Influence of Profitability and Solvency Ratios on Stock Prices with Inflation as Moderating Variable (Case Study on BUMN) https://esqbs.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/IJTB/article/view/246
Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices with inflation as a moderating variable in construction sector and basic industry companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2018. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression methods, t test and coefficient of determination test. Previously, the classical panel data assumption test which included normality test and multicollinearity test was conducted. Whereas the problem of heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation can be overcome by the Generalized Least Square (GLS) method. There are 8 SOE (state-owned enterprises) construction and basic industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as research objects. The results of this study indicate that the Return on Assets (ROA) of several BUMN companies observed during the 2014-2018 period had a positive effect on their share prices, while the Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of these companies had no effect significantly to the share prices. The results of this study also show that inflation does not moderate the ROA and DER relationship of several SOE companies which are observed to the share prices. On the other hand, inflation can weaken the effect of ROE on the share prices of several BUMN companies observed.

Keywords: ROA, ROE, DER, Inflation and Stock Prices.

Danang Indrajaya Copyright (c) 2022 IJTB (International Journal of Technology And Business) 2019-10-29 2019-10-29 3 2 73 86 How to Outsmart Investment Scam?
